These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hrshop.ai and the HRShop.AI platform (the “Service”), operated by Invoria Global Solutions LLP (“IGS,” “HRShop.AI,” “we,” “us,” “our”). HRShop.AI is available to users worldwide. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are accessing the Service from India, this requirement is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
HRShop.AI is an AI-powered career preparation platform offering:
- AI Resume Builder — resume rewriting, keyword optimization, and version history.
- JD Match Engine — resume tailoring against a submitted Job Description.
- ATS Score Analyzer — a compatibility score and section-wise breakdown, including a free, no-signup ATS check.
- Cover Letter Generator — role-specific cover letter drafting.
- LinkedIn Optimizer — headline and About-section rewriting.
- AI Interview Coach (“AI Avatar Interviewer”) — JD-specific interview questions, practice sessions, and AI-generated feedback.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@invoriaglobal.com of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
4. Credits, Subscriptions & Payment
- HRShop.AI operates on a subscription-based credit system across free and paid tiers with each credit equal to a defined token allowance for AI processing.
- Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. Indian GST is added at checkout for all customers, including international billing.
- Quarterly pricing is shown as an effective monthly rate and charged upfront for the quarter.
- Credits are issued monthly and reset each month. This applies whether you are on monthly or quarterly billing; unused credits do not carry over.
- Paid plans are prepaid for the selected billing period and do not auto-renew. Purchase the next period separately to continue uninterrupted access.
- Pricing is currently in INR. International card conversion and related bank charges are handled by the customer's bank.
- If your paid access ends, any remaining credits expire and do not convert to cash or a refundable balance.
- Paid credits and subscriptions are purchased through our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms for the transaction.
- Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
- All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which is strictly non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit resumes, job descriptions, or other content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or belongs to another person without authorization.
- Use the Service to fabricate credentials, qualifications, work history, or achievements you do not hold. HRShop.AI's AI tools are designed to enhance and reframe truthful information you provide — not to invent it — and you agree not to attempt to circumvent this design.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written consent.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. AI-Generated Content — Nature & Limitations
- Outputs (resumes, cover letters, ATS scores, interview questions, and feedback) are AI-generated based on the information you provide and are intended as drafting assistance, not professional career, legal, or employment advice.
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, job offers, or ATS pass rates with any specific employer's applicant tracking system. ATS scoring is an estimate based on our own analysis methodology and does not reflect the exact algorithm of any third-party ATS.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer. You must not represent AI-enhanced content as containing facts you cannot substantiate.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its software, design, trademarks (“HRShop.AI” and associated logos), and underlying technology, is owned by Invoria Global Solutions LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of the resume content, job descriptions, and other material you upload.
- You grant IGS a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including via the AI sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy).
- You may download and use your AI-generated outputs (resumes, cover letters, etc.) for your personal job-search purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may reference or link to third-party tools (e.g., LinkedIn, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RESULT IN ANY EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVORIA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified via the Service or email, and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & International Use
These Terms apply to users worldwide. Regardless of your location, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
