This Privacy Policy explains how Invoria Global Solutions LLP (“IGS,” “HRShop.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the website hrshop.ai and the HRShop.AI platform (the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information.
HRShop.AI is designed to be used by people worldwide. This Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), which govern our obligations as an Indian company, and applies to all visitors and registered users of the Service regardless of location.
By accessing or using HRShop.AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Any complaints, concerns, or requests regarding this Policy or your personal data — wherever you are located — may be directed to the Grievance Officer above. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as required under applicable Indian law.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: name, email address, phone number (if provided), password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
- Resume and career data: resumes, CVs, job descriptions (JDs), work history, education, skills, and any other content you upload or type into the Resume Builder, JD Match Engine, Cover Letter Generator, LinkedIn Optimizer, or AI Interview Coach.
- Interview practice data: your typed or spoken responses to AI-generated interview questions, and any performance/feedback records generated from them.
- Payment information: billing name, email, and transaction identifiers. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — all payments are processed directly by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, under its own privacy and security policies.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting support or responding to surveys.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits consumed, session duration, click patterns.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.
2.3 Free ATS Score Checker
If you use the free ATS Score Checker without creating an account, the resume text or file and job description you submit are processed temporarily, in memory, solely to generate your score and are not stored on our servers beyond the active session required to return your result.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and provide the Service (resume building, JD matching, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, LinkedIn optimization, and AI interview practice).
- Process payments and manage your subscription/credit balance via Razorpay.
- Generate AI outputs (rewritten resumes, cover letters, interview questions and feedback) based on the content you submit.
- Maintain version history of your resumes within your account.
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and Service updates.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, and detect fraud or misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Sub-Processors
To provide the Service, we use the following categories of third-party service providers and sub-processors. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function and is contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose:
- AI processing: Google Gemini Developer API — processes the resume, job description, and interview content you submit to generate AI outputs (rewritten resumes, ATS scores, cover letters, interview questions and feedback).
- Database: MongoDB Atlas — stores your account and application data.
- File storage: Amazon S3 — stores uploaded files such as resumes.
- Hosting/infrastructure: a self-managed Ubuntu VPS.
- Authentication: Google OAuth (if you choose to sign in with Google) and HRShop.AI's own email/password system.
- Payment processing: Razorpay — payment information you provide during checkout is processed by Razorpay under its own privacy and security policies.
- Transactional email: Resend — sends account, receipt, and other service-related emails.
- Analytics: HRShop.AI uses internal, first-party analytics only. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics provider.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information, including resumes, job descriptions, and interview practice records, for as long as your account remains active, and for a fixed period of 12 months following your last login or account closure, whichever is earlier, after which it is deleted or anonymized — unless a longer retention period is required to comply with a legal, tax, or regulatory obligation, or to resolve disputes.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
Free ATS Score Checker submissions are not retained at all beyond the active session (see Section 2.3).
Subscription credits themselves are governed separately by our Refund Policy, not by this retention schedule.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not share your personal data with third parties except:
- With the sub-processors listed in Section 4, strictly to operate the Service.
- If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of IGS, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access, correct, or update your personal information via your account settings.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., marketing communications) at any time.
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage, consistent with the SPDI Rules, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
HRShop.AI is intended for those who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us for prompt removal.
10. International Users
HRShop.AI is built to be used by anyone in the world. Our registered entity, Invoria Global Solutions LLP, is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and our infrastructure and sub-processors (see Section 4) may store or process your information in India or in other countries where those providers operate. By using the Service from outside India, you understand and consent to this transfer and processing. Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps to protect your information when it is transferred internationally, including relying on the safeguards our sub-processors themselves provide.
11. Additional Rights for Users in the EEA, UK, California, and Other Jurisdictions
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction that grants you additional data protection rights, those rights apply to you alongside the rights described in Section 7, and may include the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- Access, correct, or request a portable copy of your personal data;
- Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions;
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or regulator.
Where local law requires us to identify a specific legal basis for processing, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), your consent (for example, for optional communications), and our legitimate interests (for example, securing and improving the Service), as applicable to the processing activity.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in Section 13. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of HRShop.AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
